1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not working upon arrival.
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note: We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse or due to change of mind.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned with the original packaging, invoice, and accessories.
- A clear photo or video proof of the issue must be provided before approval.

4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or bank account.
- Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is not possible or the product is out of stock.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used items or products without original packaging
- Discounted items under final sale
- Accessories like cables or earbuds unless defective on arrival
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
